Power Links International Co. L.L.C. Muscat, Sultanate of Oman can undertake the following range of activities in the Power transmission and distribution segments by various Local and Multi-National Contracting Companies, either on a Turnkey basis or only installation and testing services directly to the Utilities and/or through other Main Contractors as per their specific needs.
- Design, Engineering, Procurement, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of High Voltage cable systems and associated substation works. (Specifically equipment Installation, Cable Laying including civil works for external cable routes, Jointing, Termination and testing services.)
- Assistance to Project and Construction Management, including secondment of qualified engineering personnel.
- Assistance to Design and Engineering works, including route surveys, conceptual and detailed drawings preparation, structures / supports design for electrical equipment.
- Installation, testing and commissioning services for Package Substation equipment comprising of high voltage Switch gear, Transformers, Control panels, distribution boards and associated control cabling installations.
- Design, procurement supply and installation services for cable support system accessories such as proprietary cable trays, ladders, supports, cable cleats, power connectors and specialist outdoor substation materials.
- Sourcing and supply of most suitable materials meeting the Local Utilities / Authorities specifications – such as cables (Power and control cables), jointing kits, termination kits, proprietary Link Boxes, all consumables (Cable Glands, Lugs, Stainless steel Cable tags, labels, copper bus bars, Earthing materials) for transmission and distribution systems – from reputed and approved suppliers.
- Any other local, installation assistance for emergency breakdowns at short notice and fault locating services.
- Non-Disruptive Road Crossing Works: Power Links International Co LLC have established a new Civil division in the company during late 2012 to execute "Non-Disruptive Road Crossing (NDRC)" Projects in Sultanate of Oman. We are fully equipped to take up NDRC works in Sultanate of Oman using various methods of Thrust Boring viz. Auger Boring & Pipe Jacking methods.
